Inter-Society Officer's Workshop
Each year PSEC holds a Workshop to assist engineering society officers in doing a better job of managing
their societies’ local engineering chapter. The goals of this Workshop are to assist all the member
societies' officers in improving their communications, programs, and other chapter
activities.
Most societies hold officers workshops that cover the duties and responsibilities of their respective officers in their society. Most of these workshops are designed to assure compliance with their chapter’s Goals and Bylaws.
The PSEC Inter-Society Officers Workshop is different in that it is designed to let the various engineering societies share their best practices to help each local society improve the way their officers deal with similar issues.
All local engineering society officers are urged to take the time out of your busy schedules to attend the PSEC Inter-Society Officers Workshop where you will learn what other engineering societies have done to improve their respective performance in meeting their goals.
The officers workshop is generally held every year in the Summer and is free to all PSEC member society officers.
